Aging Strong is offered at many branches and out in the community. Sites include physical and social activities, and some sites include a nutrition component. Volunteer one time or ongoing. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is constantly seeking great volunteers to assist with our aquatics programs! Programs include Learn to Swim assistants, Swim Coaches, Referees, and more. If you love being in the water and working with youth and teens, this is the opportunity for you!
